Tea Treats at the Old Post Office

This week sees us celebrating the history of Tea Treats and lighting our Victorian cloam oven to make wonderful treats of our own. The exhibition in which you can read up on the history of tea treats and hear Cornish folk reminiscing about their tea treats, runs until Sunday 8 September, 10:30am-5pm. We will be baking our own delights in the oven again on Thursday and Saturday of this week, after visitors and staff already enjoyed a few treats on Monday morning (the 2nd). The oven will be lit at 10:30am and treats on offer between 12 and 2pm before we pack the baking away for the day. A sensory experience for the eyes, mouth, nose and ears! Normal admission charges do apply.
