You are invited to join us and volunteer with our ranger teams this weekend….
We have two events that need some extra volunteer helpers this week, in different parts of the North Cornwall National Trust property. On Saturday 27th we are having a beach clean day at the Strangles Beach (which is between Bude and Boscastle). This beautiful out of the way beach is tricky to get to, but well worth discovering if you are in the area! Please come down and help us clear it up for the summer
On Sunday 28th our other ranger team are out and about at Kelsey Head (which is about three miles west of Newquay) looking for some help tackling and controlling the growth and spread of common ragwort on grazing land, followed in the afternoon by our annual wild flower survey on the headland. It’s a great way to learn about some of the coastal wild flowers of North Cornwall….
Please call the number on the poster of the event that you are interested in for further information about the days if you fancy coming along for what you’ll find is a great day out!
