Join the National Trust rangers and Kernow Astronomers for some stargazing at the stunning cliff-top location of Carnewas
As our nearest star (the Sun) sets slowly into the sea, we may see any sunspots and flares on its surface with a special solar scope.

The Moon will follow close behind. Look for “seas”, mountains and craters through telescopes.
Thousands of stars of various colours and brightness will gradually appear and local astronomers with telescopes will guide you through our amazing Cornish sky
