Second time lucky

April has been and gone, along with the two weekend volunteer days on the Holywell to Tintagel patch. Both days were focused on tackling some tumbling Cornish hedges, this time on Pentire Head near Polzeath. The first one was a total washout with rain stopping play before it even began. Take two was far more successful with a top turnout of 10 people, plugging many a hole in the hedge.

Thanks a bunch to all those who came along. It was great to get so much of the hedge repaired in one foul swoop!
