Nocturnal Nature

We are beginning to feel Autumn in the air, the children are heading back to school, and our summer activity programme is coming to a close. But there are one or two things still left in the diary yet, one of which is this Thursday. A walk / talk on / about nocturnal nature. I was going to tell you all about it in a ‘selling it – do you fancy going’ sort of way but apparently we’re up to 23 people already (and the Ranger arranging it out thought we were only having 15 spaces!)  ….. he can guarantee (I quote) “bats, owls, moths, flying dolphins, dragons and monkeys” for those who have got a place. For the rest of us, we will just have to live with the suspicion there’s a gruffalo out there…..
